Your appointments are very important to Love and Life Wellness. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. The rescheduled or canceled appointment must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of the originally scheduled appointment.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive these services. Therefore, we have strictly enforced a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Clients that no show, reschedule and cancel less than the allotted time frame of 24 hours will forfeit the deposit/consultation fee, 50% of the cost of the scheduled service while be charged to the card on file and will be required to pay another deposit/consultation fee to schedule their next appointment.
All deposits, consultation fees, products purchased and payments for services are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
All services, except body contouring, IV infusions and Vitamin injections, require a consultation prior to rendering services.
A deposit is required when booking all services. Deposit will be applied to related service.
Anyone not receiving services, including children, are not permitted to accompany client to the suite during scheduled appointment.
Services are provided by appointment only.
A late fee of $25 will be charged to the card on file if client arrives 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time. If a client is more than 15 minutes late the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
